The hotel is conveniently located with nearby restaurants and stunning views, but cleanliness issues were apparent in the rooms. The service was top-notch, especially in assisting with unexpected situations. However, the lackluster dining options were a downside.

Although the room was very bright at night with the night lights off, indicating a need for better curtains, the cleanliness was lacking with expired coffee creamers and visible dust. Rating: 5/10.

Service

The service went above and beyond, especially in helping one of our group who got injured. The staff was pleasant and attentive, but the absence of advertised hot tubs was disappointing. Rating: 8/10.

Location

The location was perfect, with various dining options nearby and beautiful views. The shuttle service convenience was a plus, but the surrounding valley had subpar restaurants. Rating: 7/10.

Dining options were limited to simple items like old-fashioned donuts and muffins. Finding breakfast outside the hotel was necessary. Rating: 4/10.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not ready for us at check-in and were overall outdated and unsatisfactory, which was very disappointing for our mountain trip. However, the service was very friendly and informative. The location was excellent, close to the town center, but the lack of hot tubs and unfriendliness of the staff were noticeable downsides.
